Computational analysis of magnetic induced micropolar flow in a rectangular channel through FreeFem++

In this article, we aim to computationally analyze the magnetic induced micropolar flow in a rectangular channel using multiphysics finite element solver, FreeFem++. respect, physical model framework of continuum is taken into consideration with appropriate boundary conditions. The considered laminar and incompressible moves under application an external field at channel. governing equations momentum, microrotation, induction are derived, their weak integral forms context elements presented. developed then implemented FreeFem++ order compute numerical solutions corresponding value problem. effects different parameters studied discussed detail. main findings investigation pertaining aspects summarized conclusion. It interesting find that present problem becomes unstable specific choices material parameters, thereby leading solution by direct solver. However, experimentation suggests iterative solver based on generalized minimum residual method can stabilize solutions. connection, results shown for varying Hartmann numbers. Moreover, it worth mentioning FreeFEM++ provides efficient platform within higher continuum.
